hi i have pennine feista 2001 modle it smells on the bed boards like sick its the glue in the wood need help

we did have a slight odour when we got ours, we were fortunate to be able to air it for about 3 days solid with mattressess removed, this helped, but we then applied a layer of water based varnish on the boards, problem solved
