Just got our camplet royal and had our first trip, brilliant, went up like a dream and the beds were like our one at home.

Has anyone bought the sun canopy for a royal, if so could they let me know whether its worth the expense or if anyone has any other ideas for a sun canopy.

Dear Andy and Nina,

I have a Camp-let Concord and a sun canopy was included in the price when I bought it from Camperlands in 2006. However I have never used it (the canopy I mean). Do you REALLY need one? I am not sure of the price of these things but I bet they aren't cheap. Why not take your sun umbrella from the garden if you have one?

Hi. We got our sun canopy for the Concorde as part of the deal when we bought last year. We use it like another room, but without the walls. lol

weve only had our camplet for a couple of weeks and it came with a sun canopy in my opiion they are worth getting one, dont know how much they are though

Hi all

Thought you might like to know that we bought a Khyam 8 pole windbreaker which has a canopy on the top of it for £50. Somewhat cheaper than the camplet one which was in excess £500!!
