my gobur is 24 years old i have had it for the last two years and apart from renewing the roof seals and putting a  new tow hitch and jockey wheel on it, it is brilliant no damp whatsoever (the roof seals took me about a day to replace)

gobur are very helpful and if you buy spare parts from them they will tell you the best way to fit them.

I cannot comment on the esterelle so perhaps someone can enlighten you on them

they are built to last, however you need to make sure that everything that folds does so easily without any forcing.

if it is an old one check the window catches they sometimes get brittle

when erecting it make sure it is level front to back and side to side.

as it is a 12 4 you wont have any toilet area to bother with take a damp meter with you and check inside all storage lockers.

check tyres and wheels, jockey wheel and tow hitch

if it has an awning get them to show you it attaced weather permitting.
