Hi - I am sure there will be someone on this forum that can help me!
I have just bought a Pennine Clubman (90's I think), but there is nothing in my paperwork that tells me what gas I should get or size of bottles? There are no bottles or adapters so I am not sure where to start... Any advice offered will be gratefully recieved!
I don't know specifically about a Pennine Clubman, but I've had a couple of Conway FCs and in them I've used 4.5 Kg Calor butane bottles. Buy the regulator at the same time to make sure you get the right fitting for the bottle. This screws or clips on the bottle and pushes into the hose, with a jubilee clip to secure it. I would check the date on the hose, if it's more than 4 years old then buy a new one.

You can use any bottled gas as long as you use the correct regulator. You can use butane (blue bottle), propane (red bottle) or even camping gaz. The best to go for would be calor butane. Find the best size to fit your storage locker on the front and buy the regulator to fit that bottle.
Best tip - Look at your local dump it/recycling center and see if they have the correct bottle. Take that bottle to your local gas supplier and exchange it for a full one. This will save you the hire charge that you have to pay on your first bottle.
