Another question re our Pullman. The previous owners i believe have replaced the roof canvas but have put a couple of poles in the wrong place. 1 pole is fairly easy to sort out as it doesn't stand up straight, so simply a case of removing the poles from the loops and marking the correct position. The problem that is making me scratch my head are the 2 end poles that extend the bedrooms out. They have sewed 1 end right into the corner of the roof canvas so when you extend the pole out the end canvas stitching is sitting on top of the pole, whereas the other end the pole loops have been stitched in roughly 3-4 inches from the end of the roof canvas. The question is (if you understand this rubbish!!), which is correct? Look forward to reading your replies.
The sides and bedroom ends are definately Pennine being green and cream with the Pennine logo. The roof is a mid to dark grey and looks new. As for pictures, its peeing down here at the mo with thunder and lightening but when it clears up i will do. Thanks for your responses Lisa and Jan.
Yes Lisa, exactly the same. Looking at the picture your roof laps around the pole by about the width of the pole. So it looks as though i will have to have both ends moved, 1 in slightly and 1 out. All a bit of a pain but i have found a good sewing service called Manuals in Baldock, Herts, reliable and cheap.
