I contacted CGI (CabanonUK) about prices for a front box and tall annexe.Was told in no uncertain terms to contact my local dealer?Talk about unhelpful,don't these companies want our business?

We had the same problem with them as well. We tried to contact them about a problem with our Cabanon Jupiter but received no responce after countless phone calls and e-mails. Frustrated, sent them the same e-mail for a week asking for a responce. Finally got a reply quite bluntly saying to contact our local dealer. They wont be winning any awards for customer service.

They could'nt help with the question i wanted to ask so gave me the contact details of CGI. Eventually after lots of phoning arround found a dealer that could help.

I`ve agree 100%,i`ve just got mine and i`ve tried to track down a kitchen extension.i`ve e-mailed the company that i got the trailer tent off with no help at all.
I wish i had done check the availability of extras before i bought it.
i`ve e-mailed several cabanon dealers today,but only leisure trail has offered to contact cabanon to try and track down a kitchen extension.
Cabanon UK are absolutely atrocious; I would vote with your feet.
Forest Camping, for example, were extremely helpful and deal directly with Cabanon France because CGI are so useless.
I wonder why Cabanon and Trigano are so rubbish with customer service, whereas Raclet, Sunncamp, Pennine/Conway etc. seem to take their responsibilities seriously?
We found that Don Valley in Doncaster are very helpful, they also deal direct with France, we enquired about the middle extension for our Saturn, the price put us off we thought over £400 for an extra 1 and a half metres was a little to much to bear. The extra space would have been nice but we can manage as there is only 4 of us and a dog!
Off to France next Tuesday for our 1st overseas trip, can't wait.
We go to Don Valley quite a lot,yes they are very good and helpful.All these extra's are not cheap.Have you shopped around for a better price,I know they can vary from dealer to dealer.
