Hi all, I want a hitch lock to put on the camplet when we stop at services, can you recommend one please?

we use the one that it came with and also put a wheel lock on as well

What type of hitch is it? We have a Stronghold Strongbox & the camper is still there.

It fits when un-hitched & says in it will fit whilst hitched & parked, but in practice there is not enough space. We rely on the built in barrel lock in the ALKO hitch whilst parked. Have seen similar at ALDI last year for £10, but they don't get their camping gear in until later in the season.

Hi
When we are parked at services etc
I use a chain wrapped in fabric and long looped padlock
I wrap it round the a frame and then loop it through my towbar and wrap it until its tight.Then i return the loop to the a frame and padlock both ends together. its impossible to get the chain from round the towbar. It takes 2 mins to put on.
Failing that, her indoors goes to the loo, and then I go afterwards!
Just remember.....if they want it....they will take it,no matter what you use.
