we have yet to make our maiden voyage in our camp-let and have been dutifully putting it up and down - it seems to get harderthough! and we tried to put in the supporting pole (fine) and roof bar - but the roof bar has two hooks at the end that don't seem to fix anywhere ? it rested ok on the two sides of the bedroom compartment but is that it? it looks like it should fit in to some holes or something?
It doesn't fit in holes, but push against each of the bedroom hoops. It is often easier to fix the bar to the front by the door and then extend it back to the bedrooms. It becomes obvious then how it fits in.
It does seem a bit odd but you will know when its right, fix it the way SG sugests but be careful not to let the pole drop ours got caught on the valance on tore a hole.

arghh we've not tried the poles bit yet, had a practice go on the weekend and ended up calling camperlands as we couldn't put it down again, it was not folding over properly!
