I noticed on the Conway Owners forum a cycle carrier for a Conway Crusader for sale, it's listed under the for sale accessories bit, I don't know if it would fit your Challenger or not as I'm not familiar with either of these units. Could be worth asking on the Conway owners forum as well.
If it's a genuine Pennine/Conway cycle rack for a Crusader it will not fit a Challenger as it is fixed at the rear of the camper.

I saw a Challenger at the end of last year that had a rack on it for a small boat. The owner said that it was a genuine Conway part so I suppose that they will sell a bike rack.

You can get a rack for trailer tents that fits on top of your unit. They look like a roof rack & you would also have to buy bike carriers that are compatible with a car's roof rack.
They are quite rare but if you try Googling trailer tent bike rack you'll get some idea.
