Hi,
Anyone know what the tyre pressures should be for 2005 Pathfinder.
Cheers All.

Hi Ravenglass,
Although the pressure should vary according to the load, general tyre pressure for the Pathfinder is 45 p.s.i.
Happy camping,
Howard

Hi Howard,
Thanks for that but since I posted I have found the manual.
The manual states 33min / 36max.
I wonder if different models/years have different tyre pressures ?
Cheers.

When we got our Pathfinder (2002) we were running 33 when I brought it home and I thought the tyres looked a bit "soft", and while I realise that they are radials and radial walls do look soft, it looked and handled a lot better with 35 in. There was a thread a long while ago discussing the possible fitment of commercial (stiffer walls) tyres to eliminate the possibility of snaking. must look back and see what the outcome was. (been very busy lately and not on the forum much, hard at work on the restoration of the Roadster)

I've just done my Pathfinder tyres at 36 - the lower pressure is for 140km/h running instead of 100km/h (so 36 is right for this country). They still look a bit soft to me!

Howard - any further comments? Are the later Pathfinders equipped with different tyres? Just wondering about the figure you gave of 45psi; AFAIK the later units are roughly the same weight, aren't they?

The tyres changed after ours but not sure when.------------- Good friends are hard to find, difficult to leave and impossible to forget.

Thanks John - I thought it would be something like that - it had to be tyre spec, given the units are virtually unchanged.
So 36 it is for us then.
