For a reasonably modern one you would expect to pay £3k.

If it is cheaper then there may be a good reason why.

Yes they are easy to erect and ok for 2 adults and 2 children. A bit of a squeeze if they are teenagers.

If the camp-let is too small, you could try a jamet Jametic (see the camperlands website).

 It goes up like a Camp-let but has 2 double beds plus room for a single bed underneath - you buy a little 'tent' which goes under one of the beds to make the 5th sleeping area. We've just bought the Jamet - we chose it above the Camp-let, & so far we're really impressed.

New ones are cheaper than the Camp-lets too, although they are rare second hand in this country.
