I replaced one side of my old 1991 pennine pullman using 15mm plywood after painstakinly removing the outer aluminium skin.I used this as a template for the new wall board . tracked down some vinyl wallcovering tha just about matched the original interior . Youwill have to remove the canvas and poles as well as the bed boards to be able to complete the job . The skin was then glued back on with contact adhesive and all the trim then replaced .
