I need to sell our Cabanon Mistral DL trailer tent and was wondering where the best place to advertise it is?
It is on the For Sale forum here and I am putting a card in our local shop window tomorrow.

Is it worth trying places like eBay and PreLoved?
Looking at similar units, there seems to be such a wide price range so not sure what is realistic now!!!!

It's only been used for a total of 10 nights and has been garage stored but I now need the space and it has to go sooner rather than later.

Any ideas????

Hi Helen.

I had some difficulty in selling our Cabanon Atlantis DL TT last year (I think I aimed out of season to be honest).

Before leaping at ebay, consider your costs as the fee's if it had sold through them, would have been about £88!
I listed on PreLoved, on this site, and Adtrader too.
For this site I paid for a full ad with photographs and it was this that finally sold the TT.
If I remember, there's no proper link to find the chargeable ad service, but a quick email in the 'Contact Us' box got a reply from Ian, with instructions on placing the ad, which was ran until the TT was sold and I then requested the ad to be removed.

Preloved is a lot cheaper then ebay. Ebay can have a real sting in the tail sometimes when you make a sale, particularly if the value is pretty high. How about Autotrader website? I think they have a caravan etc. section? and at least its a flat fee

I have successfully used the free ads on this site and also Preloved.  I avoid eBay for selling because of the fees.  I have also used Friday-Ad and Bargain Pages.
