I'm sure it will be fine properly covered with a good tarp tied down properly to seal the sides and also keep it mouse-proof, In addition I would gove all the hinges a good dose of WD40 or similar to prevent rusting by condensation. Placing some anti-damp reagant inside would also be a good thing. There have been similar posts regarding TT storage using tumble-dryer softener tissues to keep it smelling sweet.
My Recordmatic is up in the garden at the moment as there are some little jobs I need to do in it before storing in the garage, I have already treated the hinges.
