Hi,
We got a second hand one in August, and have had a week away and weekend away in it.We really like it lots of space with the awning on and great to be sleeping off the ground, although the mattresses aren't the most comfortable. It has had no problem coping with very strong winds and heavy rain and seems a very good quality piece of kit.
Loads of people like them, so if you do, go for it.
I don't. I don't like the white formica MFI interior, I don't like the clumsy erection system, and I don't like the astronomical pricetag - they market themselves as the best by miles, whereas what they actually are is exactly as good as every other damn make out there!
But that's just me griping. If you like the erection system (and it does have the advantage of keeping the mattresses slightly drier if it goes down wet, although you can get round that by putting tarps on the mattresses), you like the white chipboard and you are fine with the pricetag, then the canvas is good, the poles are good, the trailer is solid and the designs are sexy.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
