A new concorde two years ago was £4130ish [with gas-assist] They have rocketed in price now at, I think, around £6000 for the same model. It all depends on things like, condition, gas-assist or not [I wouldn't buy one without]. Also on how many extras there are and what sort of nick they're in.
If you can, get to Camperlands and see a new one. Then have a look at the one on offer. Is it near mint, or has it been well-used in the last three years?
And the usual precautions: make sure you see them put it up [not pre-erected]; check the water system is fully operational; any tears, etc...........
I have just sold a Concorde with side frame, frontbox awning wall and integrated windbreak, ehu, eco groundsheet, table, chairs jockey wheel, spare wheel and bracket plus a cuddly toy for £3300. I was very pleased with this as the going price seemed to be around £3000
It is in mint cond only used 5 or 6times included are ehu, pots ,pans ,table &chairs water system working, eco ground sheet, sun canopy ,wind breaks, spare wheel ,2xgasbottles, spare cooker&stand(for outside)not a tear or mark anywhere road cover and it's gas assisted also included is a thetford toilet and double toilet tent
So you've got almost all the info you need. The final piece of the jigsaw is to find out if there are any other concordes on the market to compare the price against.
Then it's down to how much you like the kit and how much you are prepared to pay. Bear in mind £4000 is the asking price - and these are usually open to negotiation. If you're a cash buyer, then you have something to negotiate with. Start off lower and then come to an agreement somewhere in between.
If the sellers insist on £4000 then it's down to you. Either pay up or go away, wait a few weeks and see if they've had any interest. If not, then your offer might seem more attractive.
The most important thing is Gas assist if your not so young and the condition of the canvas, age is not such an issue as these things can last 25 - 30 years. I would say 4k is a fair price
