Hi I need some help finding the weight of my van, I have a plate on the side of the hitch that says P.T.A.C 880....is that the unladen weight or max weight? There's one other weight that I have found to be noseweight (Poids maxi a l'attelage) of 75kg. There's no other weights on the plate. I don't want to load her up and find myself in trouble for being over! I'm presuming the van is French. I have tried to google the van but don't get far there isn't much info about her at all 
**Edit** I think I may have found my answer......
PTAC manufacturers certificated gross weight of trailer plus load or gross weight of vehicle including load, driver and any passengers
So it seems 880 is the MAX weight of my van...so I will have to take it to a weight bridge and find its unladen weight then see how much I can pack in 
I hope that's right  I will wait see if someone KNOWS better
