I need to get hold of, or make a storage box to put on the A frame of my trailer. I don't actually have a trailer tent just a normal trailer full of camping stuff (in fact... too full - thus the addition of this storage box). I know you can get them for trailer tent trailers but I can't seem to get one small enough to clear the jockey wheel, the maximum depth I have is 13". Does anybody have any advise or ideas?

Hi Sheila I went on a shopping trip to the shoppers heaven Carrefour in Calais and found a metal box called a safari box , having just bought a trailer tent and looking for the very same thing I bought this and its perfect. The box came in 3 sizes and i got the biggest and it fitted great. The purpose made box would have cost me £200+ this thing only cost 55 euros and its great looks purpose made.

I've just googled that and I can't find anything called a "safari box" well apart from some ornate box with legs and jewels on... It's a shame because it's a trip to France that I need one for... unfortunately we are going via St Malo! Such is life... I'll keep searching.
