Hi all, can anyone tell me what the Renault Scenic RX4's are like for towing, I will be towing a Pennine Pullman.

I understand the towing weights but I would just like some feedback on the cars performance when towing.

Hi Chris, I tow my pullman with a Scenic 1.6 sport. I have had no problems whatsoever. I have always been able to maintain my speed even on the longest of motorway hills. I tend to get around 37 mpg when towing. The whole outfit handles like a dream and the plus point is that being higher up than a normal car, you dont have to look round it, you can see over it.

friends of ours that have just been to france with us tow there pullman with a 1.6 scenic automatic they find it tows ok obviously it struggles a bit on big hills but my mondeo V6 does know that it is pulling something up hill as well

you should be ok
