Hi,

I have just brought a Awning for my Countryman and the instructions only show how to assemble the poles. Do i need to zip the awning onto the camper then assemble the poles underneath???

Many Thanks.

hi the best way we have found with our fiesta is to zip on then throw onto top of cabin. Put up the frame then pull the awning over  but with the fiesta we leave out the 4 panels so it is very light [ ange and our 12 year old can put ours up this way]

kev

We lay the poles out as per the diagram in the manual. Then we zip on the awning & throw it back  over the cabin as best we can. Next we assemble the poles & attach to the cabin (they hook onto ours) putting the pole legs on their "knees", drag the awning over them & then lift the legs up, one of us at each side. Ours is quite heavy because we cant take the sides off.

There are two sets of instructions for the Pennine / Conway awnings on the Information & Guides page my web site; a quick 10 step quide and a detailed pictorial guide. Should help with these issues.
