Good morning everyone,

I hope you are all well and enjoying the season so far!

We have a Sunncamp 400SE trailer tent and we noticed a significant 'bend' in 2 of the awning roof bars. Using my amazing powers of deduction, I thought "we need some new poles..."

However, has anyone any idea where I can get some? I've looked all over the place and I've even written to Sunncamp for help, which resulted in absolutely no response whatsoever.

Are poles fairly standard? Are they readily available anywhere?

Any help, as always, will be gratefully accepted, Thanks in advance

Happy days

Dodger we have some spare poles and may be able to help.

Let me know which ones and i'll have a look.

We bought a 400 and decided it was too big so we had the awning shortened hence the extra poles.

Thanks for the replies all.

Tony, it's the left and centre roof poles with the hooks that come from the trailer part and support the first part of the awning. They're the only 2 that are bent but if you have all three, poles let me know how much you want for them etc! I hope you know hich I mean, they are the longest of the 'roof' supports.

Cheers mate,

Dodger

Dodger

Having looked at the other thread with the colours the spare ones we have i think are 11s and anything from that front end of the awning.

I will check at weekend as they are stored elsewhere and let you know and i was wondering if they are compatable even if they are not the 8s you seem to need?

I'll get back to you and i don't want anything for them as they are gathering dust and i am happy to help.

Tony

Hi Tony,

Thanks again for getting back to me. The number 11's are adjustable poles and are shorter that the ones we need. The number 8's are three section poles, joined with the 'springy things', (I know all the technical names)...

Please don't go to any trouble at weekend. it's going to be too nice for that!

Thanks again Tony, I really appreciate it mate.
