Hi I fitted a fold away tap and a whale foot pump to the sink you can find the taps on ebay or camping shops . I got a second hand pump from ebay ,I also fit a quick release fitting under the kitchen unit for the water. A bit harder to find !! (just like the gas quick couple but bigger) for an electric pump you would need 12v power and for the hot a water heater a lot of work and cost I think .O.k I have got hot and cold water in the FC and it is very nice but we do not miss it when we have no hookup ,it's just great to have running water .
