my brother recently bought a TT from a person off e-bay, on collection of said TT my brother was impressed with the bespoke jockey wheel (check out picture in my profie)  he would like to know if members would be interested in one off these wheels as he feels there may be a market for them,this jockey wheel folds down as well (horizontal and vertical) thank you

Very ingenious!!  It looks like the front wheel of a childs scooter with half of the handlebar taken off. Can't imagine its any use though?

it is the front half of a childs scooter that has been hacked about ,i bet the poor child was upset to get half the scooter back minus the front wheel,there is two locking positions on the handlebars for vertical adjustment
