I would be grateful if anyone could tell me how to fit the curtain rods with
the curtains, in a pennine pullman.

I believe that the system is the same as for my Pathfinder. The poles go through the curtain tops and then the ends of the poles tuck into small loops of material. These loops are on the roof lining above each window, on the inside edge, between the lining and the outer canvas.

What is stated above is correct, although no one mentioned the black plastic end caps to the poles.this is where the actual loops on the tent fabric fit.
