The Conway owners also have an area for how to clean stains etc off the canvas. Damp and mould is the bigest tent killer I reckon, oh and bending poles throught the window.....
Hill Hoiuse Hammond had ours insured, never needed to claim so no idea how good they are. Get some security for the trailer, it wont stop them but it will make it more difficult.
If the tent has recently been reproofed you will find that the water will bead and shed better. This will make for faster drying times so you can get it down sooner after a shower. Never leave your unit folded down with damp canvas. If you must leave site with it damp then get it opened up again at home to dry out.
We had great fun with our conways I hope you do too.
