Am trying to find the weight of my folding caravan, its a prompto made by esterel - have downloaded a manual for esterel but cant find the weight of it.

Am towing it with my old 51 plate Ford focus diesel but am thinking of changing the car to a suzuki vitara, have been offered a loan of a suzuki jimny but not sure it will handle it?

I have an Estrel folding caravan.
I'm not sure of the exact model but as far as I know it is 750kg hope that helps.

P.S mine as 3 beds plus hammock and no toilet room.

that helps thanks - mine has a double bed one end and single at the other - no hammock or toilet room so that sounds similar

sounds like its the same.
All the hammock is, is 4 brackets on the wall above single bed/seats and table. 2 metal poles and a canvas like a old stretcher.
We think its great we have 2 teenage boys though so space is a little limited so eldest 15 5ft8" sleeps out in the awning.

Is there a quarry/scrapyard or a grain store near you? Take your TT fully loaded, pop it onto their weighbridge, you can also get a full train weight of your fully loaded rig, kids, dogs, bikes 'n all.
