Hiya Annie,  i asked huby about our TT and ................. ours is a little catch the other  side the lock,it drops from 12 o clock to 9 o clock when the key is turned.Hopefully someone will have the same model as you ou maybe try doing an internet search? 

As for the numer plate we used double sided sticky pads to fix out new number plate on with,they provided them at the workshop. Travelled several hundred miles and its fixed to last.
