3.5kg pressure is equivalent to 50psi or so? Isn't that a bit high?

Beware!

My Trigano Rubis listed the tyre pressures 4 psi higher than the rated pressure for the tyres fitted! Trigano wouldn't answer any letters, emails or even talk to me on the phone! so I fitted new tyres to cope with the pressure (40 psi).

As a company Trigano are CRAP! My new van was wired with the mains reversed and the fridge was fitted wrongly, had to have it refitted to meet safety requirements.

This was in addition to the unladen weight of the van being over the Alko axle weight without load!

The maximum tyre pressure should be displayed on the tyre wall somewhere just above the circumference of the wheel rim. Put a search in Google for tyre information and it should give you the exact place where this is indicated.

I agree that 3.5 bar is very high...perhaps this is the maximum permissable pressure that the tyre will take, rather than the recommended level for the unit.

Around 2.0 bar seems correct...except if you are transporting gold ingots.

Hi there does yor trigano have 8 or 10 inch wheels,as I have just looked at a data sheet downloaded from the camping and caravanning club, according to that all 8 inch and 10 inch tyres should be 36 psi,
