Hi all. Im seriously considering a trailer tent and wondered if anyone could give me advice on good/bad models and any info as i know not alot about them.

hi alan this has been talked about many times well worth doing a search.in sort there are no bad models really depends on what you are looking for space,speed to put and so on.if your search does not give you your answers post again with a bit more details or what your looking for and i'm sure you will get some advice.

I agree, everyone will give you a different model based on their own experiences! Do some googling and look on ebay at the different models (main names are Conway, Cabanon, Trigano, Raclet, Dandy) and when you find a few you like the look off, come back and we will be happy to tell you more about them.

Conway have a users group, have a look on there and you can download old brochures which will give you more details about any you might like the look of.

Yes? We were there at half term - lovely but I was glad to decamp to a quieter site for the rest of the week!

Combicamp is the quickest (30 sec), easiest trailer tent. You get proper beds and a solid floored living area, an awning (admittedly takes about 15mins to do this bit!) doubles the space available and everything you need is in there already - even if it is dark and raining this keeps everything dry and is up in seconds. The awning can be added when it is light/not raining/when you want to.
