Hi Gillian,

As you are from Manchester area, check out the last review we did, this site was nice, cheap, but we got some noisy neighbours. This is pot luck on any site. I have found all the reviews that people have left useful though.

While you are new to it, I would try a few sites closer to home, so that you can do some long weekends, north Yorkshire. It also depends on the type of site you want, quiet and peaceful or a club and pool.

The search facility on here allows you to filter out what you like.
