Hi all,

Will soon be changing my car from the (gas converted), trusty, rusty Carlton to ??? . Don't know yet. I was wondering, what would be the smallest size of car I could tow my Combi-Camp with. Now I am a total novice, but it says on the plate fixed underneath the trailer 450kgs. I say smallest car and going to look at an Omega tomorrow(V6 gas convertion). I was curious to know as a guide.

                                           Many Thanks,

                                                          Steve

If you go on the 85% rule then a car weighing at least 530kg - which must be almost every car on the market in the UK! A trailer this small can be towed by almost any car

don't think it'll pose any trouble for an omega v6 though
