i have tried to build this today but because its brand new and never been built i have not got a single clue what goes where as there are so many bits and dont know what bits go where or where they all clip onto,

please can someone help me with some sort of diagram for the tent as its all in a bag with no instructions, complete with all the curtains and other pieces,

and does anyone know of anywhere i can purchase new inserts for the locking pins on the tent poles as a few of the poles seem to have them missing,

please help, i cant wait to see what our new tent is like, and get away on our first adventure,

Do you have anything other than 400 se ??   a makers name or company logo on the tent?  Nothing comes up on the tent reviews with just the 400se.

thanks stixjimbo

at mascot getting better thanks but never experienced a flu like this in my life now i know what a tru flu is, lol

i did read my previous post and managed to get the poles sussed out as they were all numberd in the box (and help from your diagram) but the problem is how to get the tent atached to the frame there are so many pieces, i know once it gets built for the first time it will be no probs but its just like a big jigsaw puzzle just now,

once i get it built would i be best to leave the tent on it when folding it away so its easier to reasemble for next use or is it best dismantled and put back into the tent bag and kept indoors,

as you know this is my first trailer tent and so looking forward to many holidays away in it but have i made the right choice in buying a sunncamp 400se what i mean is are they as good as conway and many other  makes out there,

i would just like to say thanks to everyone for all their help,

Hi harry,
we had a Sunncamp 400se for 5 years at least,we had many a good hoiliday in it,eventually we found the large 4mtr awning to large for the two of us so we bought a 240 awning which fits the 400se also.

The trailer was as good as any Conway etc,but we found as we were getting older it was an effort to put up/down although once up as I said it was really good.
good luck with your hoildays i'm sure you will love it as we did.
Ps we have now got a Folding Camper as its very easy to erect.
