I have just purchased a Conway Challenger 1992 model with awning and electrics It is in excellent condition, paid £700 which I think was reasonable, the only problem is the instruction manual is missing and although I was shown by the owners how to put it up and down I would like a copy of the manual as I will probably forget by spring, can anyone help me by scanning me a copy? Or know of any other way to obtain one thanks john

Try contacting Pennine/Conway - they may well have copies of the manuals that they can supply you with.  There is a 'Contact us' link on the website.

Happy camping

I have a Conway Challenger which came with a small manual entitled "Conway Care/The Handbook/Trailer Tent and Folding Campers". This one is pretty general, and gives you tyre pressures, general notes about looking after the canvas, and other odd stuff like that. I also have a booklet on the Zig unit. Lastly I have a photocopy of the assembly process, start to finish. It's currently in A4 format, but was originally A5, so will need some cutting & pasting if it's to make a proper booklet. This also contains a parts list for everything except the running gear. I will happily scan it for you if you get Webby to send me you e-mail address. Alternatively I can post a copy to you, which may be easier as I'm on a rather slow old line here.

Regards
