hi, im sitting in my brand new sunncamp 400se built for the first time, mines is the blue and cream as well dont know what year either think its 2007/08, if you go onto sunnflair website you will be able to download the build instructions for the tent and awning, i have also just went and bought a hook up from go camping 3 sockets with built in rcd for £30 and it works great,  will help you whatever help i can but im still new to this as its my first tt,
