Hi,

We just bought our first TT (Cabanon Mistral) last week. It's a 2004 but is in excellent condition - it looks like new in most respects.

Managed to get it up for the first time in a couple of hours and I've now colour coded all the poles! It absolutely poured down for both nights that we were camping and no leaks at all so we were very happy :)

I have a couple of questions which I hope you may be able to help with.

Firstly, it came with a pup tent but I can't for the life of me work out how to attach it to the underside of the bed. It is a genuine Cabanon pup tent so presumably should fit but it has four clips on the top (the same as the ones to attach the bedroom linings to the frame) but the underside of the beds don't seem to have any round bars on which these could clip? Am I missing something obvious here?

Secondly, a more general question, the previous owners stuck a campsite label to the tent which has left some adhesive on ther canvas. Does anyone have any tips on removing this... I was reluctant to use solvent in case it damaged the canvas in any way.

Thanks for any help,
Damien

Pup tent clips just clip on to the bed boards. If it's genuine Cabanon should be a good fit - we've previously owned Cabanon Galaxy TT with a genuine and other brand pup tent and the Cabanon one was far superior - fit and quality.

Sorry can't help with other query!

Enjoy your camping,

Helen
