I have the royal and find there is very little room to pack anything on the inside, but we put loads on the top fasten down with straps then cover with the transport Tarp.
HI, we have a camplet concorde which we have just bought & tried this past weekend, I have left the beds ready made & all the kitchen equipment in the kitchen compartment - including under the sink - quite a handy little storage space - and in the sink bowl, also left ground sheet,carpet and draught skirt inside. The cool box, port-i-potti, gas bottle etc are left in the attached storage box, chairs are in the roof box so just OH fishing box in the boot - still think there is plenty of room left in the camp-let to leave a few extras - goin to try leaving my table in next time!! havnt any pics of it packed up like this but everything fitted in snug with space to spare.

Like you we have a Royal, but ours is newer (1991!) and we don't have slatted bed bases or a storage box.
We put all the bedding (1 double & 1 single duvet, two double bottom sheets, four pillows, one sleeping bag and one inflatable mattress) in the lower clam, along with a universal annexe, a table, four folding chairs in their covers, one two-seat sofa (inflatable), the storm poles, wardrobe pole, centre pole, the sun canopy and its poles, the underbed storage bag, the curtains (as mentioned in a previous post, a two man tent for youngster to play in (keeping her toys from cluttering up the lounge/kitchen), the electrical hookup stuff & the rcd, a cuddly toy, a conveyor belt and some sliding doors ;)
The pots/pans king pole, tiny awning poles and mallets go in the cupboard under the hob, and the sink is filled with the spirit level, tent pegs, small toolkit and the brace for winding down the steady-legs (because it's easy to reach by slightly opening the kitchen when we arrive on site). Items to be kept cool we put in the fridge and run it whilst towing.
Judicious positioning means that you can use the space in the top half of the clam, but occasionally we do need to make an effort to get it shut ;)
Gas canister, emergency Trangia and hob, food, clothes, washing-up stuff and such-like go in the car boot.
So much easier than travelling with a large tent in the boot and just about everything else piled around us in the car.

We put 1x double duvet 2x single duvet ,table 4 xchairs and pillows in trailer then all our pots and pans etc in kitchen and then i have fitted a roof box to the rack that takes our clothes kids toys etc then its just the 3 way fridge in the boot and gas, pegs ,chocks and electric hook up in front box!.
we have slats on both bed so this takes up some space, we used to keep all the bedding ( for 4) extra blankets, on top of the bed all the kitchen stuff remains in unit and in/ under sink, now I keep bedding out in case we go in pop up tent for 1 night stays and we have table and chairs, side table, washing line, shelving unit, bit more cautious with hard stuff that wont squash down. We have small front box to that's got Gas, 2 ground sheets, door mat in.

Hi i just bought a 1981 apollo at easter and when i packed it away i left 2 double quilts and pillows on beds with sheets and spare blankets aswell as topper mattresses and the curtains and poles all on beds. Under kitchen area left all pots pans packets etc
As this is 1st time using a camplet i just hope it all comes out ok on next trip lol
