Hi Just had a trial weekend away with our newly acquired Trigano Randger 575tc. All went brilliantly and really happy with it but had one small problem. Its cold water only. Kitchen sink tap works fine but the toilet fold down sink tap doesn't work at all. To get it to work we had to turn the kitchen sink tap on a tiny bit. Sure there must be a simple way to solve this and we might have forgotten to do something when putting it up?? Know we could probably just ring the seller and ask but I don't want to look stupid in case it is something silly.

It sounds like the micro switch isn't working on the bathroom sink tap , check the wiring and see if you have any come off the underneath of the tap , if they haven't you will probably need to remove the tap and replace the micro switch .
To prove that the switch is faulty touch the two wires from the tap together and the pump should run .
