I have the bedroom annexe for our cardinal (same awning) but to be honest as its lower to the ground I think the higher toilet annexe might give more room if you want the room in the awning extended. the base area is a double base area but the height at the back is only about 2/3 foot high.  I have seen the whole area of the toilet awning used as a single bedroom quite nicely by putting a campbed lengthways into it.

I may be selling my bedroom annexe (green and cream) soon via conway site and on here as my cardinal was written off recently and I'm not sure if I'm replacing it hence I will be selling some bits off but i don't know whether it would fit your awning.

Sorry for the long time in responding but we were waiting for confirmation that we could retain camper. The awning extension is green and cream ( bought 2001 but hardly used). we are just back from hols but once I get organised I will sort out all poles etc and find out carriage costs.
