I have looked on google but cannot find nothing about the lids. Is there any chance you can take it off, go into somewhere like B&Q and asked if they can cut you the size needed and cover with some formica or other heat resistent material both side preferably
If it's the same as my sunncamp 350 unit, I purchased a piece of conti board from B&Q and cut it to length ( width was the same ) then finished it off with some plastic u shaped trunking from the same store..I just re used the original fittings...total cost £14. 30

There it is, I knew someone would know or had already done it.Always get someone with good advice, just takes some looking for at times.
