Any tips on what to use to clean the blue plasticated cover on a cruiser without damaging it?

I took mine off laid on the floor and used a power washer on it done a great job

I used "Mer" Bumper and Vinyl Cleaning Gel. It is fantastic, restores the colour, and makes it waterproof. Bit of elbow grease and time required but it's well worth it. £4.99 plus postage on Fleabay.
