Hi All I made this hitch lock because I hate paying for something I can make myself. It’s made from 3mm stainless steel it covers the ball hitch so can only be used when not connected to the tow vehicle. My next project is a wheel clamp designed solely for the Camplet.
Thanks for the positive comments I have got to take some tube to our powder coaters hopefully he’s painting something I can put it in with.Not sure how to make the wheelclamp as of yet still thinking about it.
I could so see myself skinning my knuckles on the fixed plate whilst unhitching though, but that's just because I'm a clutz.
Not that it matters, cos I wouldn't be able to use something similar on my camp-let as they have changed the hitch style this year - it doesn't close without a ball in the socket. Sods.

I thought the same thing when I made it but it’s not too bad as it is 80mm wide.
