Hi there only just found the forum so this is my second post already

One of the poles in the kitchen area of my Pennine Fiesta 97 model has been bent whilst folding the camper down. this has meant that the kitchen pole won't retract inside and i have had to unscrew it from the kitchen end to fold it. This isn't ideal.

My question is will Tent valeting services be able to fix the pole?? The camper is going to get new zips on our awning soon anyway. Or is there another fix or way to mend it?

Hope the fault is clear!!

Thanks Again

Andy

Hi Andy

I know that feeling only too well we're having to replace our horizontal bars on our crusader. Not sure if TVS can repair the pole but I'm sure they will be able to replace. Have you spoken to them. When I enquired about our poles they were very helpfull, told me to bring in the damaged pole(s) and they would replace (need for sizing). Hopefully going over this weekend to get replacements and also to see a porch awning that they produce.

Hi Andy

We have a 2001 Fiesta and had exactly the same problem.  We contacted Pennine and a new kitchen ridge frame pole section (upside down U one!)  cost £43.00.

Hope this helps

Neil
