I can recommend this seller for sheets of aluminum

Our camper door was rotten and we couldn't salvage the door skin so we got some mottled effect (stucco) sheeting to use as a skin on our camper door so it matches the body of the trailer. He sells all kinds of aluminum sheeting. He will take orders and cut to size too so email your requirements.
As for fixing the aluminum, my husband used evo-stick which has held fast. Do check you get a glue which is heat resistant though.
