I am posting on behalf of our daughter. she is looking for a folding camper, ( her first one )she was looking for a Pennine aztec but after seeing a dandy on a site in Scarborough she has changed her mind,We have seen one advertised,a 1997 dandy dart,we have spoken to the seller and going to view it this week and wondered if anyone on here can give me some advice on any problems with them (if any ), and what to look out for,the camper has an awning and underfloor heating,Mains and 12v electrics and bike rack,If anyone can advise me please.
PS is there any way of telling the age of a dandy By the serial number etc.

Josey we do have an section on the dandycampers forum on what to look for,there should be a serial number stamped on the a frame the last two are the year of manufacture,
IE 675892 would be 1992
