I can't help you with your query but I wonder if you would be kind enough to help me. I have a mate with a Pennine Pullman 1994 and he is trying to find out the tech. specifications for it. He is French, bought his off an English bloke and realised there were no details for it. He needs to know stuff like official weights, net and gross, loaded etc and the various dimensions. If you have that info. I could pass it on to him.
