Can anyone tell me the size of gas bottle needed for a pennine pathfinder. I have just bought one without a bottle and need to change my small butane cylinder from my tent days to suit the trailer.

or 3.9 propane .dont forget propane and butane are different fittings

Both the above are the same cylinder size (340mm high X 240mm diameter, if you want to check the available space) but for the time being could you not continue to use the Campingaz 907/904 which I'm guessing you may already have?

If you want to use it down towards freezing get propane as butane stops working.
