I am putting in a basic 12v system to run lights in caravan when no ehu is available , cool a fridge en route and charge battery when running also water foot pump.
Can anyone tell me if this is correct:
12s socket cable to battery and fridge, battery to inline fuse positive side to light switch , neg to light switch and same for other accessories output plug ?

Don't put positive amd negative to a switch unless its a double pole, (4 terminals switching +ve and -ve).
Normally you would run the positive to one side of the switch, then a wire from the other side of the switch to the light fitting, and run a continuous negative from the battery to the other terminal on the light fitting.
