The "straight" ones seem to be fairly readily available from various outlets (Towsure for example) but the 90 degree one in your first picture is a bit elusive on a Google search.

Would these 22mm ones fit?

You could also contact a Sunncamp dealer like Black Country Caravans as I am sure they would supply the clips you require.

Do you only have the one pole with "U" nylon clip? It could be the pole that is only used in strong winds to tension the canvas.

Although the difference between the 400se and 350se is the size of the awning the set up is basically the same.

This link will show you the frame diagram for the 350se. I am of the opinion that the pole refer to goes onto either pole 8 or 11. You`ll know for certain if your roof lining has a pre cut slit around one of the poles I have referred to.

Erecting a 400se can be found here at the bottom of the first page.

Hope it helps.

Go to YouTube and there are videos, 5 and 7 from the top, showing a the cabin of a 400s being erected and folded down. The cabin on the 350se is the same.

i replaced all the c clips on my sunncamp 400, at first i bought the generic replacements from ebay but found that they where far to weak compared to the originals, the original ones are stiff and brittle, all the replacement i found were soft and bendy and did not hold the kitchen together very well..

eventually i rang sunflair (sunncamp) direct and ordered a complete set, now these things can be very difficult to remove and fit if you start cutting and pulling ect

what you need to do too fit them is to warm up the pole on your kitchen stove until the fitting melts and just pull them out to replace push them in a bit and warm up the pole again so it get hot and then push the fitting in by pushing it against the floor or a hard surface then quench the pole under a cold tap, this will melt the new fittings into place.

the fittings are held in by a indentation made with a hole punch at factory so are nearly imposable to remove when cold, look at your 2nd picture and you will see the hole punch mark

hope that helps a little.. cheers geoff
