We're newbies to trailers but hoping it the start of lots of happy trips & making lots of memories for the kids! We bought a Jamet Louisiana a few weeks ago which we love and have been trying to tidy it up before our 1st camp! We're having a bit of awning trouble though- the guy we bought it from seems to have mixed & matched poles - we can get it to the righ shape to fit the canopy but think some poles are meant to extend that don't? We don't have any instructions & have 2 poles left?! Also the front canopy poles are completely different to the others and don't adjust in height so on some trail runs we've had to prop with bricks!!is there anywhere to buy spare poles? We're embarking on our very first trip this weekend which we're all very excited about but would be great go sort out the few problems! Would love some advice pl!!
I have a general Jamet instruction book which includes the Louisiana, I can scan it and email it to you if that would help? It's not very comprehensive though!
Hi Binster, no we have a Jametic which is the quick erect model, but the instruction book is for all the models. I'll get it done over the next couple of days, I'll have to fight the kids for the desktop computer!
Had a Louisianne until we went FC. If I remember all upright poles should be height adjustable and the 3 roof poles should extend (slide) out from the cabin. Hope this helps a bit
