The Battery, if fully charged, and in good condition, will easily last the time you want. The Fridge would flatten it, but, the new FC's will not allow 12V on the fridge to be used off the onboard battery (only off the car, whilst driving). So, gas for the fridge ... battery for lights, pump and loo flush ..... we add a small 12V TV too, but get 4 nights without issue. (but - never, ever, leave the Tv on standby overnight!). Go for it and don't worry!
